Amazing customer service. I was having trouble it seems like everywhere else. I spoke with the Carlos and he was able to get me into a nice car. Hassle free they went and fixed what was wrong with it so I wouldn’t have any issues driving off the lot. Overall one of the best places I’ve been too so far. Thank you all for helping me get into a car.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM CARPRO AUTO MANAGEMENT If you care about your safety, your money, or your peace of mind, DO NOT buy a vehicle from CarPro Auto Management. My stepdaughter purchased a 2018 Nissan Versa from this dealership, and the SECOND she drove off the lot, the AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT came on. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. She was told the vehicle had only been in a “minor fender bender” and that nothing major was wrong with it. That turned out to be completely false. We later discovered reports allegedly showing SEVERE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE from a major accident. The DMV investigated this dealership and ISSUED THEM A VIOLATION. Then the transmission started failing shortly after purchase. CarPro claimed there was a warranty, but instead of actually fixing the problem, they tried to send my stepdaughter to Nissan claiming the car still had a “13-year warranty” because it only had around 65,000 miles. NISSAN LITERALLY LAUGHED. Nissan told her CarPro was “playing in her face” and explained there was NO WARRANTY because the vehicle had reportedly been in a major accident. Then CarPro tried to tell her the transmission repair would cost $10,000 and offered to pay “half,” meaning she would still owe $5,000 out of pocket on a car only worth around $8,500. A Nissan Versa transmission does NOT cost more than the value of the car itself. Nothing about this situation makes sense. So let’s recap: • Airbag warning light immediately after purchase • Severe structural damage allegedly tied to a major accident • Transmission failure shortly after buying the car • Warranty promises that apparently were not real • DMV violation issued against the dealership • Refusal to take accountability In my opinion, this dealership took advantage of a young buyer and hoped she would not question anything. At this point, legal action will be following. PLEASE protect yourself and your family: • Pull your own CarFax, AutoCheck, and Experian reports • Get an independent mechanic inspection BEFORE buying • Do NOT trust verbal promises from this dealership Based on our experience, I would never recommend CarPro Auto Management to anyone.
Absolutely great experience buying from car pros auto center. Yvette helped my wife & I and made sure the process was easy and understandable through every step. 10/10 customer service & the car we bought has been awesome so far
