  • I found this place through the Costco app(for Tacoma). Before coming here, I checked prices at a few other places, including the Toyota dealership, which by far gave me the highest quote and honestly wasn’t comparable at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good and reliable auto service. In my opinion, price should not be the first or only factor when choosing where to service your vehicle. Trust and proper customer service matter much more. What really stood out to me here was that they did exactly what I asked for, with good quality work and no pressure. The customer service team is very professional, led by the friendly and knowledgeable Walter 👍

  • Very clean and easy experience Johanna and Walter helped me out. I purchased a very well kept 1 owner Toyota. They were kind enough to answer any questions I had and made this a very enjoyable experience.

  • I called them to ask about this Ridgeline I was interested in and even spoke to the service department to ask what had been done to it. They were all nice and Walter told me it was a good truck with upto date maintenance. We decided to drive the 3 hours and a half to see it. Since it's a 2009, we decided to take it for a prepurchase inspection. While driving to the inspection, we had to reverse back because we took a wrong turn. While attempting to reverse back the truck got stuck and made a whining noise and didn't want to reverse. Warning codes came up on the dash and we parked it and called them to come and pick it up. Wasted time and gas. Then they asked us for jumper cables because it died. SERIOUSLY?! Worst experience of our lives while looking for a car. Tremendously disappointed.
