She was very nice and very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The car was clean and pristine. I drove my new/used vehicle home today and I AM SO HAPPY!! 😊🙌🏽 It is a Hyundai 2020 with ONLY 31,000 miles. I got it for $17,000. I highly recommend Snap! I used to sell cars many years ago, I know how painstaking the experience of buying a car is but in this case it was smooth and fast.   Buyer Beware – Poor Experience with Snap Cars in Orlando I’m extremely disappointed with my recent used car purchase from Snap Cars in Orlando. I purchased a 2018 Ford Mustang for $15,000 on January 2, 2025. While I understood it was an "as-is" sale, the salesperson reassured me multiple times that their certified mechanics had inspected the vehicle and addressed any issues. That clearly was not the case. The very next day, I noticed fluid leaking onto my driveway. By January 9, my personal mechanic identified a leaking rear main seal and a cracked flex pipe/converter assembly—issues serious enough to require dropping the transmission. That repair alone cost me $2,670.19. I informed Snap Cars of this and provided documentation when I picked up the plate on January 23. The salesperson took a copy to "show the owner," but I never heard anything back. Since then, more problems have surfaced every few weeks: The check engine light came on due to a failed purge valve costing another $219.35 to replace. The driver’s side window began moving on its own, even when the car was off. The driver side rear tire continues to lose air despite being refilled several times. The battery is now dead, likely drained by the faulty window. The kicker? This car has barely been driven—less than 500 miles in over three months. It's a secondary vehicle, and I expected it to be reasonably reliable, especially given the reassurances I was given during the sale. Snap Cars response? I was told I waited too long to report the issues and reminded that the vehicle was sold "as is." To me, that response shows a complete lack of accountability. Selling a vehicle with this many hidden issues is unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from Snap Cars to think twice and do a very thorough third-party inspection before buying. Based on my experience, they are not willing to stand by the condition of the cars they sell or offer any support once the deal is done.
