  • Reasonable prices and well maintenance vehicles. Great selection and service from all the employees here except for the fleet manager. There was a lot more exterior damage done on the car. No details of damage/online in pictures. He was completely unaware of damages and refused to discount the car not even by a couple hundred dollars. Very persistent on how fast the car will sell regardless of damage. Which I understand but if damages aren’t reported at time of posting why waste my time with nonsense. He was a typical sleazy salesman not sure how he was a fleet manager. By all means please avoid speaking to the fleet manager and stick to the sales rep he was very straight forward and helpful. If it wasn’t for Joe’s service I would’ve walked out and bought my car elsewhere. Thank you Joe Formeta for the great and friendly service, if it wasn’t for this man my review would be a lot lower.

  • Go to Enterprise! I made the mistake of booking a reservation at this Budget location to attend a funeral out of town. The only employee working was rude. She ignored me for 15 - 20 minutes. When she was ready, she pushed some outdated paperwork work to fill out by hand, served with an side of attitude. I felt like a kid in elementary school. I was told $500 deposit, 100 mile limit per day, full coverage. I already gave my credit card & ID. I was about to hand over proof of insurance when I asked for my cards back and walked out. You cant be rude to me and have my money for a service I wasn't going to be happy with. Enterprise (Norwalk) took care of me in 5 min, very polite employees. Quick & efficient because they use tablets. $300 deposit no mileage limit.
