I bought my truck there three years ago and have had it in several times for my free oil change.And a number of other services, including a couple of warranty issues and a recall. I always ask for and hope to deal directly with Michael because he has always gone above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, my service was done to my satisfaction and the communication has always been excellent.   • Colbey helped me with my purchase he wasn’t pushy and answered almost all my questions. However i had to edit my review because GMC Lynnwood is a joke I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership . When i bought the car it wasn't cleaned or detailed. (Not a major deal breaker, they filled the tank to make up for the dirty car) The first day i had the car i notice the sunroof didn't work and the driver side mirror kept popping out and falling off. I called they had me bring it back they did absolutely nothing to fix it. They fixed the mirror by just popping it back in which i did myself. Fast forward to about a week after i purchased the vehicle there was a deep humming which they couldn’t figure out what it was so they replaced the fuel pump sent me on my way mind you they had my car for a week And I was having to pay for Ubers because they didn’t give me a rental. So after they fix the fuel pump, the humming noise is still there and none of their senior mechanics can seem to figure it out. They had my car for another week couldn’t figure it out. Put me in a rental car for a couple days after having my car multiple times trying to fix the issue after I had offered to take it to Ford to have them diagnose it so that GMC can fix accurately they refused. Now they’re Completely leaving me on the back burner with a car that still has issues. If you do buy a car off of their lot, I would make sure it’s brand new. Do not buy any used cars from these people because they don’t give a shit about the car they sold you or the problems that come with.
