  • Pretty lackluster experience. There was a lack of attention to detail and communication. I called to my car serviced regarding oil change, tire alignment, and check on my TPMS . Appointment was locked in and everything good. On day of the service, I talk to the front desk employee and have a full blown conversation regarding the TPMS to understand how much it would cost. Conclusion was they need to look at it because it could just be a system issue that needs just a reboot and not replaced. We aligned that they would inspect and call me if TPMS system needed to be replaced and worked on. In addition, they also asked if I would wait until repairs are over and I said no, so they got my phone number to call me (also got my email too) once it was done. They didnt call me or reach out that day (I didnt need car that day but still poor customer service for not reaching out when done) but also the following day when I called via the phone I asked about TPMS and they said it was all good (fixed). Get to dealership, pay, and get in my car. The TPMS light is still on. Go back in to talk to the front desk (different person from day before). We look at the paperwork and for whatever reason the person from the day before did not write down anything about TPMS and guy who answered on the phone just made an assumption based on dealership notes. The person I originally talked with was on break at the time of this conversation and so the guy at front desk said he would tell her to call me to resolve issue once she came back because I had to leave for something. Never got a single call. Take away is that they really dont care and just want your money. Conclusion: Do NOT recommend because of poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, and overall a lack of accountability.
