  • We purchased an Isuzu NRR from this dealership and specifically requested a pre-purchase inspection before finalizing the sale. We took the truck to the mechanic they recommended, and were informed that the vehicle was in good condition aside from a coolant sensor issue. Based on those representations, we paid $25,000 cash for the truck. Shortly after purchase, we discovered significant mechanical issues that ultimately resulted in approximately $12,000 in repairs. Had these issues been disclosed or identified during the inspection process, we would not have proceeded with the purchase under the same terms. Our experience left us feeling misled and extremely disappointed with both the sales process and the inspection recommendations provided. Buyers should strongly consider obtaining an independent inspection from a mechanic of their own choosing before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
