  I am a girl, and not a mechanic. This was my experience. I purchased a really beautiful, used vehicle from Autotown, LLC in Stratford, CT. They negotiated on the price as much as I could expect them to. I paid a fair market value for the car I bought. They offer a 30 day warranty in addition to what you can purchase separately, which I did. In the beginning, I reported a weird issue, and ran a diagnostic test on the vehicle, which turned up 2 codes. One hidden and one which set off the engine light. Bill the mechanic at Autotown worked to correct the issue which gave an engine light. It turned out to be a sensor. The other issue was more complex and took several visits to correct. Autotown brought the vehicle to the Ford dealer, who was essentially useless and didn’t fix the problem, but charged Autotown $420.00 to install a $16.50 seal, which was not the issue. The next time around, after I did some research and consulted with Anthony, my salesman, and Tony, his business partner, the dealer gave some advice, which they should have seen the first time, but the advice helped get the issue corrected along with my own investigation and observations from the functioning of the vehicle, in consultation with the owners of Autotown and their mechanics. Bill the mechanic replaced an oil pan, a set of bolts and a new oil pump at their own expense, with genuine Ford parts, 3 months after my purchase date. The diagnostic tests have been consistently clean since, and the car runs like a solid vehicle. No more weird issue. Without going into excessive detail about the issue, the point I wanted to impart in this review is that the owners of Autotown not only backed their sale and their warranty, they worked with me to investigate and resolve a weird hidden issue which would have resulted in something more serious. Although at first it may have seemed like I was being super picky, I turned out to be correct, and they stuck to their word, repaired the problem, and did so in a friendly and professional manner. Autotown has a large selection of nice looking vehicles at very decent prices. The owners are friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Autotown if you are looking for a new ride. I also recommend Bill for your service needs.

  This place will set you up for failure salesman was super nice to get you to sign over that vehicle I was conned out of 5 k from him down payment had nothing to do with the cost of the vehicle plz " PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT" THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE! This vehicle is definitely going back to the Bank!
