  I actually found Impex by mistake. I live 73 miles away. My wife and I drove to Greensboro to look at 2 trucks. What a disappointment they both were. We went to Carmax and that was even more disappointing. They used have top of the line vehicles. I said to my wife let's just go home. We passed by Impex and I'm like WOW this is truck heaven. We went in and Sam was at the counter. We told him what we were looking for and what our budget was he said 'Wait here I'll be right back". In the meantime we met Derek, he was just as pleasant as Sam is. When Sam returned he said come on outside. I was looking at the most beautiful truck I've ever seen. After driving it and reading the carfax I was hooked. With no hesitation I said write it up. I would recommend Impex to anyone because I felt comfortable from the second I walked in til the time I drove out of there with my new truck.

This is a stand-up dealership that truly cares about their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive again if they had something I needed — they’ve proven they’ll make things right.

  What started off as an inquiry into a vehicle that I liked, ended up as a new truck now parked in my driveway. Trey and the staff at Impex provided an informed, to-the-point sale with all prices listed up front and no high-pressure sales pitch to select options or features I did not want. The process literally took less than an hour once I decided on the direction I wanted to go. Everything was handled completely online and my new truck was delivered in the timeframe I needed. I will definitely keep Impex at the top of the list when it comes to vehicle needs. I purchased a 2025 Silverado Trail Boss.
