  The customer service with buying a car from here was fantastic! Gill took real good care of me and my son and made sure we got the best deal he could make on this used Nissan Altima. I see alot of comments saying this was a shady place but that's not what I experienced. So, whatever the management is doing please keep up the good work with the customer service and thank you for helping me find the right first car for my son. Much appreciated!

  I am ABSOLUTELY SO GRATEFUL to the young gentleman who actually stopped to help me with a blow-out - that I never saw coming yesterday. I am a female who knows nothing about cars or changing tires, whatsoever! In the middle of traffic hour and off of 410 E and Perrin Beitel exit is where it happened. This young man who came to my rescue was so nice and helpful that he even stood up on top of his truck to wave his colleagues down, from across the highway to where he worked at Auto Bravo to call or wave somebody down - so that they could bring a jack to help change my spare. I found out that he was at work again at “Auto Bravo” and he was so kind to help and make sure I was okay. He was able to get a hold of a colleague and right away they brought a jack to help me. That says a lot about the employees they have working there and how far they will go to truly help somebody like myself. It was scary!!! Thank you soooo much from the bottom of my heart. I will always recommend and send anybody who is looking for a car over there!!

  Never fails they kill switch my vehicle!! And then tend to have multiple problems trying to turn it back on stating “ the kill switch killed my battery “ just 2 weeks ago they tried scamming me out $1300 dollars when they were suppose to tow my vehicle back to their dealership and “ fix “ the problem … I took the car to my OWN MECHANIC where he was able to fix my problem with no hassle .. Now saying they won’t accept my payment due to it being killed switch TWICE this month .. Idk see why they offer payment plans and then still go about kill switching the vehicle after saying we can make a certain amount for the payment .. WORST CAR PLACE ever !!! My payment would have been paid in full in the beginning of December if Gonzalo would have called me back when he said he was to get my card information.. I recently had a death in the family and when mentioned I didn’t have the full payment and the car wasn’t working without the kill switch I was laughed at over the phone as if Any of that was a joke !!! Definitely can’t wait to trade my vehicle in to get these disrespectful People off my back .. 🤦🏽‍♀️ hasn’t even been 2 years and I’ve had the worst experience ever !!!! PLEASE CAR HUNT OTHER PLACES !! definitely recommend “ MIDTOWN MOTORS “ off of 90 and commerce 🫶🏽 located in the west side
