  • Never fails they kill switch my vehicle!! And then tend to have multiple problems trying to turn it back on stating “ the kill switch killed my battery “ just 2 weeks ago they tried scamming me out $1300 dollars when they were suppose to tow my vehicle back to their dealership and “ fix “ the problem … I took the car to my OWN MECHANIC where he was able to fix my problem with no hassle .. Now saying they won’t accept my payment due to it being killed switch TWICE this month .. Idk see why they offer payment plans and then still go about kill switching the vehicle after saying we can make a certain amount for the payment .. WORST CAR PLACE ever !!! My payment would have been paid in full in the beginning of December if Gonzalo would have called me back when he said he was to get my card information.. I recently had a death in the family and when mentioned I didn’t have the full payment and the car wasn’t working without the kill switch I was laughed at over the phone as if Any of that was a joke !!! Definitely can’t wait to trade my vehicle in to get these disrespectful People off my back .. 🤦🏽‍♀️ hasn’t even been 2 years and I’ve had the worst experience ever !!!! PLEASE CAR HUNT OTHER PLACES !! definitely recommend “ MIDTOWN MOTORS “ off of 90 and commerce 🫶🏽 located in the west side

  • AS A PROFESSIONAL WELL TRAINED MECHANIC, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM THOSE SELLER!!! First off I am a certified Audi as well as a certified Mercedes Benz technician. So it’s safe to say when it come to working on cars, and servicing customers at a dealership , I’m at a high level in the industry. I was sold an over priced vehicle under false pretenses. When I first get to the dealership which is in San Antonio after driving from Houston, I have to wait an hour just for them to bring the car out because it had a “flat tire”. Finally test drive the car, nothing out of the normal. Go to sign financial documents, while signing the sales man takes the vehicle to put gas in it. Which was only a quarter tank? Salesman comes back and instead of parking the car where it was he drove it to the back area where the shop is located. Same place where the car came from earlier then the “tire was low”.. see him bring the car back around then take it back to the shop. And this is all while signing documents. After everything is said and done, 30 minutes into the drive back to Houston and the engine light comes on. At this moment I knew I had been tricked. And of course by the time this happened the dealership was closed and it was a Saturday. After getting in contact with the dealer and letting them know ow that I was aware of the bad sales practices I was insulted by the owner. Had a code for a bad catalytic converter. The owner literally told me since I’m a mechanic I can fix it. No! That’s not how that works. They try to make me use warranty but as a dealer you know the condition of your vehicles. But instead of them fixing the issue they clear the code so the engine light doesn’t show just long enough so they can sell the car, then tell customer to call warranty for fixes. As a mechanic who works in high level dealerships I know shady business practices when it comes to autos. Dealer ultimately ended up buying new catalytic converter after going back and forth arguing in which I was insulted many times. They knew they were wrong and definitely did not want any legal issues. It turned out that both catalytic converters were bad. They didn’t want to purchase the first one so I know they won’t purchase the second. Now I’m prevented from proper inspections which leads to tickets which is a hindrance; depending on how I want to go about the situation, it could all just become an issue for them if I choose to pursue legally. I also waited about a year to write this review. On the vehicle itself various places where paint has chipped or peeled or is cracking away due to them attempting to cover up various small rust spots with cheap paint cover ups. Bad thermostat leaking as well as oil leak from oil filter housing. It’s safe to say they got me. They got me good. Like I said I’m a professional European car technician in Houston. Audi central Houston, Mercedes Benz greenway, and ABZ motors just so you can google and understand the level of where I’m at in the business. So when I say find another place to buy a car do it! Do not buy from this dealer.

  • The sales people were very friendly and helpful. John and Henderson worked hard to make the sale and were very kind. They even drove the car to my house to save me a trip back to the dealership to pick up the car. I do recommend that they leave the customer with a full tank of gas after the sale. I would have greatly appreciated that courtesy. I highly recommend Autos Bravos if you are looking for a good, pre-owned car.
