  I am leaving this review due to the behavior of current Sales Manager, David Chmall. I recent bought a used car from the dealership which ended up having the paint peel a week after I bought it due to a prior spot job. I expressed my concern to the dealership and asked if they were aware. They assured me they were not and no paint work was done on the car since it came into their possession. I believe them and understand this happens sometimes when buying used cars. During my visit to the dealership, David came to where I was sitting after being asked by the salesman (Daniel, who was pleasant throughout the process) if there was anything they could do for me, despite them not technically being responsible. David was condescending and dogmatic in tone and substance of how he spoke to me. I pointed out that I felt his tone was condescending and asked why he was acting this way. He blew this off and continued his brutish behavior before getting up to walk away. I asked his name and told him I wanted to make sure I remember it for the review I will be posting online. He then turned around and threatened to post my picture up front to ban me from the premises and then told me he was going to call the cops to get me kicked out. I left the dealership and called in to his boss, Todd Moore, General Manager, and relayed the above. He apologized for his Sales Manager's behavior and was very kind. I appreciated his empathy. David does not care about the customer and his pride is obnoxious and distasteful. I hope actions will be taken to fill the Sales Manager position with someone who reflects the professionalism shown by Todd and Daniel.

  I had a great experience purchasing my new car. Rob, the Internet Manager, was very nice, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible and made everything easy and stress-free. Joe in finance was also great; he was efficient and had everything completed quickly. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this dealership!

  Daniel Colville did a great job selling us our Acura mdx today. He is so knowledgable about the the vehicel. He was able to share how the maintenance of the Acura is affordable which is important to me. Daniel is enthusiastic about and caring as he spent extra time w me explaining how the vehicle works. We also met Eddie, Daniel's boss today who was so pleasant and personable. I never thought I would vere from Mercedes as that's all I ever drive, but Daniel really sold me on the Acura today. He is definitely an asset to the Acura Tempe.
