  Often, we take our cars in for service at a dealership with a feeling of foreboding, expecting the worst. While I didn’t expect the worst when I brought my ILX in for service today, I confess that I felt a great deal of satisfaction and gratitude with my experience, chiefly because of my service advisor, David. David patiently listened to my explanation of my situation, and he and the service team gave me exactly what I wanted. My car was serviced on time, and at a lower price than I expected. David explained some options for tire replacement, and I plan to return for that service next week. I appreciate people who are good at their jobs and who take the time to ensure that the customer understands what, for them, are significant expenses and choices. David and the Acura of Tempe service team did that today. I highly recommend them without any reservation.
