It's sad to start a year with a negative review for an advisors negligence and unprofessionalism. As usual, I had an appointment for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Its usually an hour service that I don't mind waiting for with my tight schedule. It took two hours. I checked the Nissan app to find my car closed which means its not in the workshop anymore. The app tells us if the doors are open, location etc. I looked outside and was able to locate my vehicle. My vehicle is equipped with a dual camera that records everything. The car was parked for 30 minutes and the advisor was having side chats with his coworkers ignoring the four files of completed vehicles on his desk. I've asked how long it has been ready. He said it just came in. That made me check the camera footage and know that he seems have enjoyed wasting 30 minutes of my precious time. That isn't professional Mr. Brian. You shouldn't be doing a customer service job that requires good work ethic. Be happy because I'll never visit that dealership again.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership after test driving it twice, three days apart. Both times, the car was covered in snow everywhere except the windshield. Once the sale had gone through, the snow was removed and the vehicle was brought to the front, at which point I noticed scratches and damage that had not been disclosed. I relied on pictures which showed no sign of any marks and nothing was disclosed. This was a 2022 car costing almost 19 grand When I raised this concern with my salesperson, MD, the response was that the vehicle was sold “as is,” and there was little concern shown, which was disappointing. I eventually spoke with the manager, Sean, who handled the situation professionally and ensured the issue was taken care of. I appreciated his help—he was very nice to deal with and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. While I was unhappy with the lack of disclosure and my experience with the salesperson, I do give credit to management for stepping in and resolving the issue. Would I use this dealership again? Yes—but with caution but I’d avoid my salesperson
This is my second time purchasing a vehicle and I am NOT disappointed. I also referred my mother, who purchased her car and I've referred many others since then! If you're not working with Jarrell Hogan, then you're wasting your time...just kidding. But he IS the best! Super honest, full of integrity and the ultimate #DealMaker. I trust his opinion and his ethics! Make sure you stop in and ask for him...if he can't help you, then he'll refer someone who can!
