  I purchased a vehicle from this dealership after test driving it twice, three days apart. Both times, the car was covered in snow everywhere except the windshield. Once the sale had gone through, the snow was removed and the vehicle was brought to the front, at which point I noticed scratches and damage that had not been disclosed. I relied on pictures which showed no sign of any marks and nothing was disclosed. This was a 2022 car costing almost 19 grand When I raised this concern with my salesperson, MD, the response was that the vehicle was sold “as is,” and there was little concern shown, which was disappointing. I eventually spoke with the manager, Sean, who handled the situation professionally and ensured the issue was taken care of. I appreciated his help—he was very nice to deal with and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. While I was unhappy with the lack of disclosure and my experience with the salesperson, I do give credit to management for stepping in and resolving the issue. Would I use this dealership again? Yes—but with caution but I’d avoid my salesperson

  I brought my vehicle in today because I was having issues with CarPlay, and Ashley honestly made the whole process so easy. She greeted me with such a great attitude and made sure everything was taken care of right away. Within just a couple of hours, my car was ready, and the issue was completely resolved. What I really appreciate was how kind and helpful she was, she explained everything clearly and kept me updated on the situation with my car.You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and wants to make sure everyone leaves happy. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Ashley for being so patient and pleasant with her customers. She made my day so much easier, and people like her really make a difference.

  This is my fourth vehicle with Brian. He is absolutely amazing very personable. Very patient very knowledgeable about the product answers all my questions. I can call him at a moments notice and he’s always willing to make me feel like I’m his only client and I know I’m not I know he’s busy but he’s never made me feel rushed in any way shape or form. He is literally outstanding and I am going to be referring people to him personally because I know he won’t let them down.
