  • I called Car Sho because I was seriously considering purchasing a vehicle and wanted to ask a few basic questions before making the trip. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was rude and very unprofessional. When I asked about the warranty, his response was basically, “You’re buying a used car.” That did not answer my question at all. Asking whether a used vehicle comes with any warranty is a completely reasonable question, especially before spending thousands of dollars. I had already seen several negative reviews about Car Sho, which is actually why I decided to call and get information directly from them before judging the business. Unfortunately, after that phone call, I can understand why some customers have complained. I also noticed that some of their vehicles appear to be priced higher than KBB values. When a vehicle is priced above market value, I would expect the dealership to be even more transparent about the condition, warranty, fees, and what exactly the customer is getting for the price. Based on the way I was treated over the phone, I did not feel comfortable doing business with Car Sho. A potential customer should be able to ask basic questions without being talked down to or made to feel like they are wasting someone’s time. I’ll be looking somewhere else. I recommend anyone considering buying from Car Sho do their research, compare the vehicle price with KBB, ask for all warranty and dealer fees in writing, and have the vehicle independently inspected before purchasing. zero stars ☆☆☆☆☆

  • This was the best buying experience I’ve had. Soli helped me from my online inquiry, to ensuring the vehicle was available prior to me driving two hours to view it. He kept me updated as I requested. Upon arriving, the vehicle was pulled up and ready for a test drive. He offered me water and coffee and made sure I was comfortable while my trade in was valued. John provided me prior service records and walked me through the purchase contract. Everyone was friendly. The overall experience was the best I’ve ever had trading in and purchasing another vehicle. I highly recommend them.
