  Lied and even showed a receipt about replacing a timing belt. Needless to say it broke and took the engine out not too long after. This place will lie to your face about what has been done to the car. I would still have bought the car and just replaced the timing belt myself. Anyone who knows the TDI engines knows that timing belt replacement is a must due to them being interference engines. The timing belt breaks and it takes out the entire engine.

  Boris was able to get me a good deal on a car I bought from a different state. When I showed up everything went smoothly. I recommend this dealer to out of state buyers because their process is quite streamlined.

  This establishments isn’t worthy of a 1 star. I acquired a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this independent dealer on 09/06/2025. The transaction was made in cash. I made an effort to discuss a possible discount with the salesperson. I strongly advise against dealing with Salvador, as he appears to lack competence. He even requested a tip during the purchasing process. Furthermore, he failed to input my information accurately, leading me to repeat my email and phone number numerous times.That person must be disciplined or let go due to his lack of professionalism. If he persists in his selfish behavior, he will only harm this car business. If I hadn't followed up the next day, they would not have sent the title, registration, purchase order, and other essential documents. Another issue I encountered was the engine light coming on, which I am certain was due to them clearing the code to make the light disappear. I am sure they knew something was wrong with vehicle before handing the keys over to me makes me wonder if all the those vehicles on the lot have some type of mechanical issue. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the individual Salvador displayed a keen interest in increasing his personal income rather than contributing to the success of the business. This behavior raises some concerns. It is inappropriate for an employee of this company to solicit tips throughout the entire transaction process. This includes the moment I mentioned that I would be making a cash purchase without financing. I was so taken aback by this that I almost left, a decision I still regret to this day.
