  Grand Auto Sales has a good reputation for its customer involvement. Had I not seen my Cadillac XTS promoted on another site, I might not have purchased from Joseph. Living in one city in the Tampa Bay area and purchasing from a dealer at such distance is unlikely unless a desired vehicle is shown somewhere on the Internet. When I saw the car then went to Grand Auto, Joseph patiently worked with me through review, test drive and actual purchase. His many suggestions during the purchase process helped cement a deal I had anticipated getting. The end result is acquisition of a car model I wanted in a condition I expected.
