  • Extremely Disappointing & Dishonest Experience… Buyer Beware.. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Shakir Williams at Okeechobee Buick was completely unacceptable and felt intentionally misleading from start to finish. I clearly explained that I was looking to lease a 2026 Buick Envista with leather seats, moonroof, white exterior, and all three convenience packages. Shakir told me he found exactly what I was looking for — a Sport Touring Envista with all the add-ons. We discussed numbers, went back and forth, agreed on a monthly payment, and I signed paperwork for that specific vehicle. I was excited and had no problem waiting since the car wasn’t yet on the lot. I spent an entire day at the dealership, and was then sent home with a loaner car for a week, which I appreciated. After that week passed with no updates, I called Shakir myself. He returned my call the next day and said the car would be ready that afternoon. When I arrived at the dealership, I immediately saw a white Envista parked out front — except it was not the car I signed for. It was a lower trim model with: • no black rims • a different front grille • no leather seats • no moonroof In other words, a completely different car. When I asked what happened to the vehicle I signed on, I was told “it was sold.” How does a car that already has signed paperwork get sold to someone else? To make matters worse, Shakir then tried to push this inferior vehicle on me, saying he would “paint the rims and add leather seats.” That is not what I agreed to, and no reputable dealership operates that way. It felt like a bait-and-switch, plain and simple. I even told him I would be flexible with the exterior color (black instead of white) if it meant getting the features I wanted. His response was, “You being lenient is taking the car that has what you wanted.” The car had nothing I wanted aside from being the same model and color. This was also my first time purchasing a vehicle, and I had my father with me, who is not fully fluent in English. It genuinely felt like Shakir was attempting to take advantage of both the language barrier and my lack of dealership experience. Thankfully, I walked away. I ended up getting the exact car I wanted with excellent service at Delray Buick, where I was treated honestly and respectfully. Save your time, money, and stress… go to a different dealership.

  • Ok so I left a really lengthy review on your collision page. And every other review site you guys use. So now I’ll leave one here since I’m getting no where to warn everyone about this place. Schumacher has a hard time admitting when they did something wrong. If you go back and look at all the negative reviews and their responses it’s all excuses or asking for a phone call. They completely destroyed my truck. There’s compound and primer all over it. I took it to them on 4 separate occasions and the last time there head foreman or manager decided to try and wipe it down with lacquer thinner. On a freshly painted side. Not only did they do a horrible job fixing my truck, you can see primer lines, there is trash in the paint, like Little Rock’s stuck under the paint. If you look at my truck in the sun you can see all the primer lines and the bad work they did to the bed, a complete rush through job after having the truck for a full month. I get it back and there is primer and compound all over it. Like literally all over it. The truck is absolutely destroyed and the only thing they offered was a detail. They offered to clean it. Not fix the paint job or bed or repaint it, no. We’ll wash and wax it for you. I contacted the attorney general, went through the bbb, and even went to GM but all they had to say was “they are privately owned, there is nothing we can do” Please just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They don’t care about your vehicle, won’t admit to doing anything wrong, and haven’t even reached out to call me to try and settle this. The lady at collision Kristine I think gives you nothing but attitude or laughs at you or will talk to her foreman like your not even there, probably one of the most disrespectful woman I have ever come across in a business. Just take your money, your sanity, your peace and go somewhere else because I promise you this place will destroy all 3 of them and act like they didn’t do anything. I’m a first time gmc owner and I was really proud as a vet I was actually able to afford something off the lot, and this place has completely stomped on, chewed on, and spit all over this experience and now what once was a beautiful truck is now a driving trash can. This is how this place treats its people, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
