I can buy a car anywhere and the experience here was not good. I agreed to purchase a vehicle here and called to make sure there were 2 fobs and the appointment setter confirmed there was. When we arrived there was only one fob. The sales person Jose was unknowledgeable about the car we were buying and the dealership made no attempt to provide another fob. The fobs are expensive retail. North of $700 at BMW The car we bought is great and the finance person Michael was great but left a sour taste in my mouth with the lack of customer service. I made a few attempts to get this resolved in fact I talked to Jose and 2 other people however after a few weeks I gave up trying. I did my part and bought the car. . First time and the last time buying a car here. If they kept their word and owned the mistake and supplied a second fob I would have felt valued. That did not happen.
Yay!! New service Alert!! Schumacher is now mobile way much better than sitting at the dealer for hours. Trying to get an oil change and service done to your car. What’s more better than someone pulling up to your location a trusted dealer with great service technicians to service your vehicle. Very much convenient I absolutely hope they grow this into something big. I was at work with no issues about when my car was gonna get ready. When was I gonna pick it up? When did I need to get a ride back to the dealer all I had to do was go outside and grab my keys. My vehicle was serviced!! Thanks Josh
I had a great experience working with Yefim at Schumacher GMC in West Palm Beach. He assisted me with the purchase of my new GMC 2500 Denali, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
