  • I highly regret buying my car from Kian Auto Shop. After paying the full amount, the check engine light came on within days. It turned out to be a misfire and other mechanical issues that were clearly present before the sale but never disclosed. When I returned to their repair shop, not only did they refuse to help, but they also responded with disrespect and no accountability. I was treated poorly after the sale was complete — no follow-up, no support, no professionalism. It’s clear that once they get your money, they’re done with you. This is not how honest businesses operate. If you’re considering buying from them, please be careful. Get the car inspected by a trusted mechanic before making any payment. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this stress and paying a lot of money just to repair the damaged car.

  • I emailed Kain Auto regarding a car on their website. They were fast at getting back to me. When I went to test drive the car there were a few minor issues with the car. The back tire had a bubble & windshield washer reservoir was missing the cap. Kain Auto replaced the tire & cap while I completed paperwork for my purchase.
