  Just got my car totaled and looking for something within in my price range and low on miles. I was able to purchase a clean 2018 Infiniti Q50 which was a dream car of mine. Honestly was able to get a great deal on such a luxury car. The whole team was very helpful from when I pulled up to even given me plates right at the dealership. Not just paper temps even washing my car for me before I left.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐-PLEASE READ!!! PAY ATTENTION!!!! If you're looking for a dealership review from someone who spent so much time there that they practically qualified for employee benefits, this is the review for you! Over the course of about a week, I was at Mr. C's Auto Mart constantly. Test driving. Asking questions. Looking at one vehicle, then another vehicle, then changing my mind, then changing it back again. At one point, I think the team probably expected me to show up for a shift and start helping customers. Through all of it, Sam and the entire team at Mr. C's Auto Mart were incredibly patient, professional, and accommodating. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured. They weren't trying to sell me just any vehicle. Instead, Sam took the time to understand my situation, my budget, my concerns, and most importantly, my "why." We talked about maintenance, reliability, long-term ownership costs, family needs, and what made the most sense for me personally. I came in with a head full of opinions from Google, YouTube, ChatGPT, friends, family, and probably half the internet. Every day I seemed to have a new concern or a new vehicle I wanted to consider. Instead of getting frustrated, the team answered every question, provided honest feedback, and helped me work through the decision-making process. The customer service was exceptional. The communication was excellent. The transparency was refreshing. They treated me with respect and genuinely seemed invested in helping me make the right decision—not just making a sale. In the end, I drove away with not one but TWO vehicles—a Land Rover that I absolutely love and a BMW that was the perfect fit for my family. You can tell these guys have a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for what they do. They hustle, they know their inventory, and they take care of their customers while remaining professional, honest, and approachable. Buying a car can be stressful, but this experience felt more like working with trusted advisors than dealing with a typical dealership.
