  • Got a car about a month and a half ago. Car is already having problems. Needs lots of work. Reached out to John and advised him so we could work something out. He wanted me to bring the car for his people to work on. Not comfortable with that. But he gave no other option as to working something out. My mechanic advised the cars transmission work, something with the engine and an agilment. Now John is running a post dated check and has not tried to fix the problem in any other way. The down payment should not be charged because I have to put money in the vehicle. Now I will be reaching out to the better business bureau since problems with the car were not disclosed at the time of purchase. And a lemon law attorney. Car looks good on the outside but needs work. The down payment should have been a wash for both of us. Since the loan was funded.
