After purchasing my vehicle and driving it about 110 miles home, I started experiencing issues and was extremely concerned that the timing chain might be bad. Considering the potential repair costs, I was stressed and frustrated. I reached out to Yousef, and from the beginning he reassured me they were going to help make things right. He stayed involved throughout the process and never ignored my concerns. I also spoke with AJ multiple times, and while the situation took some time to work through, they ultimately stepped up in a major way. The dealership handled the repairs, addressed the issues properly, and made sure the vehicle was fixed the right way. They communicated with me during the process and followed through on what they said they would do. These days it’s hard to find dealerships willing to stand behind their vehicles after the paperwork is signed, but Sparks Auto Sales did exactly that. They could have easily brushed the situation off, but instead they worked with me and made sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate Yousef, AJ, Travis, and the team for doing the right thing. That level of customer service says a lot about a dealership. I’m grateful they handled everything professionally, and I would absolutely do business with them again.
I purposely waited a few weeks after my daughter bought her car here to review, just to make sure it wasnt a lemon. But it's not. We really did have a good experience here. The car prices are really fair considering the market we're in. All of the staff here were really friendly and helpful. What you need to remember going into any (used) car buying experience is, you're buying a used car. Do your research before hand. Know what makes/models have known issues or problem years. These are avoidable problems. But even still, they're used cars. You can buy a used car from anywhere and have the engine fall out the next day. These guys are not trying to rip anyone off. I was the wife of a car salesman for a number of years, and I can usually spot a "shady" used car salesman. My daughter's car is genuinely a good car in sound mechanical condition. We stopped at one other used car place, and they hadn't even bothered to change the oil in the car before listing it for sale...i popped the hood, looked at the dip stick and the oil was solid black, low, and had solid pieces of debris on the dipstick...clear indicator that the engine was about to blow. Not here...they had already done a fresh oil change. If you're looking for a car with a moderate amount of miles in good condition, in the 7k-12k price range, this is a really good place to shop.
CVT Transmission in my old Nissan failed on me, and I was lucky to find a reasonably priced and stylish Honda Civic Sport from here. Bought the car and my family mechanic said it needed brakes, but they were happy to fix it free of charge. 10/10 service and care, and special thanks to Travis. If you guys ever get to see this, I love my car!!!
