  • I went to purchase a blue 2016 Chevy Colorado truck from there, during my test drive I noticed a noise but the sales manager convinced me it was coming from the tires and the fact the truck didn’t drive for a while. I took his word and 2 weeks later truck broke down on the road with me with oil all over the road. Comes to find out something had broken and fell inside the engine. They made me pay almost $3000 to change the engine. After the repair the engine light was still on and the vehicle started overheating in about 2 weeks I brought it back they said that just take it somewhere else to fix it. They wouldn’t even give me a discount on anything. They all heard my concern with the vehicle after the test drive and felt sorry for me that the sale manager wouldn’t help me out after the break down. You can’t sue them dealers easily once you sign those documents. Please, please stay away from that dealer.

  • Bought our 2016 Smart fortwo from Brascar Auto Sales on July 21st. We worked with Pamela and Carlos and the transaction was very easy. They even did a virtual test drive for us. There was a little hiccup in the tag paperwork, so it was a little delayed, but still within reason. They found and sent the extra key, too. There is an issue with the car alarm going off for no apparent reason, but the car is used, so I guess I'll have to figure that out. Other than that, it was a great experience.

  • Wish I could leave them a negative star we tried to purchase a car we put a deposit down then went to check out the car wouldn’t even start they have been giving us the run around now after a week we said we want the deposit back now they won’t give it to us highly suggest don’t come to this place
