  • UPDATE- Received a phone call and threatened by owner after leaving this review. Attached is proof the car was sold with blown head gasket causing the engine to overheat dangerously and fail. The car- Overheating issues blown head gasket, broken thermostat, completely neglected engine cooling system. broken water pump, cracked cylinder heads. Refused to pay for this repair lied to me claiming it would cost $200 only when head gasket repair is indeed $2000 and is a 2 - 3 day repair job. Salvage title, lied about potential frame damage to vehicle, horn not working, missing safety features, not street legal. Messed up getting a new tag for the car transferring the tag of a currently owned car to the new car purchased, when I said I needed a new tag for the car purchased. Lied to me it was automatically done this way by tag agency. Told them several times not to do this, that I will have several vehicles. Paid $140 for the title and tag. Not covered by dealer fee which was $800 or so. was told to get refund from tag agency. Paid $90 to undo their mistake. Tag agency did not recognize the dealer and told me to they were responsible since they messed up. They refused to refund me the difference after showing them the text proving they messed up. so I paid over $200 for the tag and registration of a 30 year old car plus $800 in dealership fees for god knows what. Lied the dealership fee was mandatory. Did not want to go into detail what the fees covered. Did not cover basic things most dealerships would. So in total I have lost at least $2300. $800 in non negotiable dealership fees which cover god knows what. over $2000 in repairs, a car which is unsafe and illegal to drive with a salvage title, frame damage, blown head gasket non disclosed to me. Non existent warranty, no responsibility for repairs, took my $140 without refunding me the $90 for messing up at tag agency.

  • I had a terrible experience with Miami Fine Cars & Trucks and would never recommend this dealership. I purchased a used 2018 Jaguar F-PACE on October 18, 2025, and almost immediately after the sale, the vehicle began having serious mechanical problems. The car repeatedly failed to start and was later found to have major fuel injector and engine-related issues. Within days, the vehicle became unreliable and unsafe to drive. When I contacted the dealership to report these issues, they refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. Instead of helping, I began receiving aggressive and intimidating phone calls and text messages from dealership representatives. The tone of these communications felt threatening and unprofessional, which only added to the stress of the situation. Based on how quickly these problems occurred, it is my belief that the vehicle had pre-existing mechanical defects that should have been disclosed prior to the sale. I am now stuck making payments on a vehicle that does not function properly, while being treated poorly for simply asking for help. This entire experience has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership to be extremely careful and to get an independent inspection before purchasing. I deeply regret buying a vehicle from Miami Fine Cars & Trucks.
