  • My experience with LG Auto Group has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I purchased a vehicle and it broke down within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership. I was told it was fine, but the same problem happened again that night. Honda later diagnosed and repaired the vehicle, but the repair did not fix it because there were additional issues from a prior accident. I later learned the car had been in an accident with airbags deployed, and the previous owner declined to repair other accident-related damage. None of this was disclosed to me, and it was not shown on the Carfax before purchase. I had to use my own warranty for repairs that did not solve the issue, and the vehicle is still not fixed. This situation has caused ongoing stress, inconvenience, and disappointment. I’m sharing this so others are aware before purchasing from this dealership.

  • Updated in Response to LG Auto Group - Read First Bought the Vehicle August 18th of 2025. Was going to pass on the vehicle because of the issues. Dealer offered a free warranty. Per phone and written records I specifically requested a Comprehensive Warranty. We together outlined the details of the warranty. They repeatedly requested that I waited 3 months (as seen by written on the brochure) before using the warranty. On Nov. 18th I took the vehicle in to a certified ASE shop. The dealership did not respond for 3 weeks until we filed with the BBB. On the BBB response the company is putting the blame on the warranty company, whom of which said on record they would gladly update the warranty and cover the issues. On Google they are claiming I waited more than 3 months which would still follow their request. Pulled out of the parking lot for a test drive and every warning light came on. The vehicle had been flashed in hopes that the issues would not present themselves. Expressed my concern, the Sales Manager Chad let me drive it to the Auto Zone up the street to do a diagnosis which came back with multiple pages worth of codes. NOTE: The VIN at Autozone was showing 52k miles. Not the 55k that was on the OD. On a second occasion when having a local Key maker make secondary keys for the vehicle, it was pulling up a different millage and different vehicle. Chad said they would be willing to throw in an free extended warranty to cover the issues. I told Chad it would have to be a Comprehensive warranty which they agreed to so I drove back to do the deal. • I was told by the finance manager that I would have comprehensive coverage for 1 year with a $100 deductible. We outlined the brochure together. They asked that I not rush to a mechanic and wait 3 months or 3,000 miles before using the warranty. NOTE: The Car was taken in November in as advised at 3k miles and 3 months as in "do not go in before 3 months or 3k" I clarified this multiple times as well as wrote this as well. . After over 3 weeks of not getting any returned calls I decided to contact the BBB as well as write this post. It was then that LG auto group finally responded. As you see the only defense was "well the picture was took at 3 and a half months and 4k miles!" I took the car in at 3 months and a little over 3,000 miles. The mechanic found the same issues and more, called into the warranty company GWC to find out that nothing was covered in the original from the original concerns, I had basic most coverage and the deductible (even we were to use the warrant was $250). GWC welcomed me to personally call. I called GWC and explained to them the story, to which they sounded sympathetic and said “there must have been a misunderstanding (between me and the dealer), if I could call the dealership and make sure the deal was put through property, they would have no problem taking care of all the issues as they fall underneath the warranty. NOTE: While the dealership tries to distance themselves claiming "this is a third party company" this is their partner. And again, all issues would have been covered, no questions asked. After the finance manager circled everything that would be covered and the deductible was written down as well as the waiting period, he put it in different. What the dealership is asking is to have us re-read everything we just agreed to after hours of the buying process, coming to an agreement, sealing it all away in an envelope. I called Chad and explained to them that there must have been a mistake in the deal and reminded him of the vehicle. They said there was nothing they could do since it was after 3 months and it was my fault for not reading the paper work in the finance paperwork more thoroughly and reminded me for some reason that they have an “outstanding reputation with their warranty company”. The financial manager (who was not the same one I worked with) then screamed from the back that I was asking the dealership commit fraud and then Chads recommendation was to cancel my policy with GWC, purchase another extended warranty.

  • Henry Penate and Chad were amazing to make a purchase with. My husband is highly satisfied with his 2016 Ford F150! It is such a pleasant environment. Offering us whatever we needed to be comfortable while making the deal. We are so appreciative of their time.
