I strongly recommend taking the negative reviews seriously and avoiding this Jeep dealership. I brought my vehicle in for service due to ongoing electrical issues in early November 2025. I was initially quoted one day for a diagnostic test; however, that single day ultimately turned into two months- January 2026.
Throughout this period, I repeatedly went back and forth with the dealership as they were unable to identify the root cause of the problem, yet continued ordering parts that were “supposed” to resolve the issue. As a result, my labor costs increased significantly with no effective solution. I inquired multiple times about a loaner vehicle and was told none were available. I was without a car for an extended period before eventually being provided one. Even then, the dealership refused to hold the loaner for me and required me to leave work early to pick it up, despite the service department being open until 9:00 PM.
After paying for parts and labor that did not fix the issue, I received a call stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. Immediately upon entering the vehicle, I noticed the same problem was still present. I went back inside to report this and was told that I did not know what I was talking about and that the issue was “normal,” despite it being the exact concern that prompted my visit. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. Eventually, they agreed to take the vehicle back and provided a loaner.
When I was later called to pick up my vehicle again, it was returned to me in unacceptable condition. The interior was covered in mud—on the doors, smeared across my leather seats, and with rocks scattered throughout the floor. Additionally, the gas tank was nearly empty, leaving me unable to make it home without the vehicle shutting down.
Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership based on the lack of communication, poor customer service, excessive delays, and the condition in which my vehicle was returned.
