  • Scientist here, not much free time, devote most of my day to better the world. Researched a car for several months; found one online at YC, discussed the car's condition, made a purchase sight unseen (1st ever, I live in the South, car located on West coast). My decision was based on data provided by YC (carfax, verbal discussion), Lexus service records, and YC Google reviews. Financed via credit union, paid YC for shipping to the South. Car arrived 7 days later, driver provided info establishing I overpaid $100, car not in condition as advertised; (carfax showed no accidents), front bumper not secured missing hardware, had been resprayed, interior dashboard peeling, arrived without temporary plates (see photos). Contacted dealership to obtain necessary vehicle title paperwork required to register in my state, lots of back and forth, dealership stopped answering my phone calls. Was never once rude. I suspect race/cultural indifference. Concisely, once the check cleared, customer service ceased. I took a chance based on YC Google reviews. As stated, I don't have much spare time in a day and chasing down salespersons for paperwork was stressful, hence I gave up. Be careful with whom you choose to spend your hard-earned money, especially in an economy where sellers need buyers now more than ever.

  • YC Auto Group made it very easy to come in and test drive the car I ultimately purchased from them. I ended up encountering an issue with the car (unknown to them as well) and I can't speak highly enough of the caring response and the quick resolution of the issue. They really went the extra mile! I'm happy with my car - and even happier with the service I received.

  • Bought a used Honda Fit 2017 from here; Omar helped me out and was very kind and helpful during the process! The car was handed off in fantastic shape and they allowed ample test driving. Purchasing the car took roughly 30 minutes and was quick and painless. I had gotten an extended warranty but later decided I didn't want it. Omar assisted me and was very patient and put a lot of effort into getting the refund processed.
