  • Bought a used truck. After leaving with the truck, on came the check engine light. They had no problem taking the truck to fix the issue, except they didn’t fix the issue. They cleared the cat code for it to reappear the next day. $900 fix Juan refused to take care of, he quickly became rude, over talked me the rest of the conversation, which of course went NOWHERE. If you have the desire to stop in here, keep driving.

  • Over 30 days absolutely unreal no apologies no accountability I do have my truck back thanks to Warren but this whole ordeal has put a bad taste in my mouth especially seeing as Juan decided getting tacos was more important then returning my truck to me....be wise and shop around. Update. Super disappointed in the time frames and lack of communication in regards to my truck...I should have used magic auto as I originally intended. Nearly 30 days without a vehicle that was in my possession for less the 72hrs is completely unacceptable I'll leave this review until I have resolution
