  I want to share my deep concern about my brother’’s recent experience with Duluth Auto Exchange. At only 19 years old, he purchased a car there and unfortunately ended up with a vehicle that turned out to have serious issues. While I understand he made this decision independently, I believe businesses should operate transparently and treat all customers—especially young or inexperienced buyers—fairly.When I attempted to resolve the matter with the dealership, the interaction was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and believe their behavior was not in line with honest business practices. Based on my experience and research, it seems others have faced similar problems.I urge those in positions to help—whether through local authorities, the Duluth City Council, or the Better Business Bureau—to investigate this business’s operations. Consumers deserve protection from unfair and unethical behavior.Please be cautious if you consider doing business with this dealership. These people are frauds!!!!! My brother was ripped off and they let him drive off the lot with fake insurance. Keep in mind he’s newer to American. They alter his paystubs to make it look like he made more money than he actually makes!!!! The Hispanic guy that answered was rude & disrespectful.i have the paperwork that was altered concerning his pay. Plus the car is a lemon and I’m entitled to my own opinion!!!! The fact that majority of your reviews are negative!!! The manager needs to contact me!!! I shouldn’t have to chase the owner down!!! I’ve left several unanswered messages. So that’s why I made a review and I will be contacting BBB, and your rating with them is a “F”…, All these ppl aren’t lying on yall!!!

  I had an excellent experience at Duluth Auto Sales. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Jennifer was extremely helpful and guided me through every step, making sure I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase. This was my first time buying a truck, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely return in the future for my friends and family! Highly recommended!
