  • I recommended Cutiva Cars to several friends and 2 of them have bought cars already. They loved the diversity of cars and the honesty they received there. Dealerships can be intimidating with so many options. Having a place that treats you fairly and gets you want you need rather than what they need to push is imperative.

  • Read before you buy! And look at all reviews!!! Initially I left a 5 star review stating how good her customer service was when i first went there (5/23/25) I test drove a vehicle for roughly 15 mins and came right back and put money down to hold the vehicle. I returned (6/2/25) with the rest of the down payment and we wrote a contract up. As I was driving home with the vehicle about 40 minutes into my ride I immediately experienced transmission issues and called her and told her about it. She told me to either bring it back to her mechanic or take it to my own and she would pay for it if it’s not too much or give me my money back. I took it to my mechanic, he said the reason I didn’t experience it during the test drive is because I didn’t give the transmission enough time to warm up, and they told me $2455 to fix it. Once I told her that she said no and said to take it to her mechanic. Her mechanic had my vehicle for 2 and a half days and never even touched it. Claimed he ordered the parts but never did so she told me she was going to stop doing business with him. She told me to come to her dealership (6/7/25) and we will talk about getting my money back or ways to figure out what we do next. I walked in soon as she opened and she told me about her headache with her mechanic and said she didn’t want to deal with it and it’s just too much for her so she’d rather cancel the deal and give me my money back. That was nice “but” I had to pay $1500 for commerical insurance that I won’t get back (it’ll be prorated) I purchased things for the business I was trying to start & I had contracts set up that I now have to lose because I’m out of a vehicle (van). I even told her instead of completely fixing it, maybe we can just buy shudder fix ($50) and pour that in there and then I’ll keep the van until I can get it fixed in my own. She still said “no it’s ok, I’m going to fix it but don’t know how long it will take so go ahead and take the insurance off” So in all, she gave me my down payment back thankfully, but I still lost over $2000 wasting my time and contracts!!!!! I feel so defeated because I put all my trust into her thinking I was making a smart investment and it backfired on me (I quit my job thinking I had my own business) which isn’t her fault but now I have to find another job asap. I have proof of everything, screenshots, & phone recordings. Her customer service is good but from my experience her customer service isn’t worth the issues that come with the vehicles. The only way to make this right now would be fixing the van and taking some money off the total price for the inconvenience she caused and maybe then I’ll think about changing my review. The van was a 2017 Ford Transit 250 (White Cargo Van) Not to mention I’m blocked now on the work number and her personal cell phone number and I was still willing to buy from her again as long as she fixed the issue on the van but obviously I’m in the wrong for wanting the van fixed. That’s not good business!!!!!!!
