  Marco exhibited a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and integrity throughout the process. I was in search of a vehicle without any concealed fees or additional charges for features that were already included, so I contacted him beforehand to obtain the precise out-the-door price. Marco provided me with the information, and later that day, I visited to inspect the vehicle. The car in question was a used 2018 Dodge Durango, which, as anticipated, had some imperfections, including a malfunctioning control panel where the lights did not illuminate and a non-functional trunk button. However, Marco arranged for his mechanic to address these issues before I left the lot. After making my decision regarding the vehicle, I returned the following day, and as Marco had assured me, the total cost included only the county tax, registration, and other necessary basic fees. This transaction was one of the most seamless and efficient car purchases I have ever encountered.

  After I posted my original review, they called to tell me how upset they were that I shared my feedback. Instead of attacking other customers maybe take some introspection into the way you communicate and treat people. Take a look at your reviews and be better, don’t think it’s always the customers fault. You’re condescending and unprofessional with your responses. Take your business elsewhere. I called during business hours or at least according to their Google Profile I did, the rep seemed completely disinterested and rude. It was less about the situation and more about the attitude. There’s plenty of other businesses who would be happy to earn your business.
