  • My first experience at this establishment was highly disappointing, characterized by rude customer service. On Saturday, November 29, around 11 AM, I encountered a Caucasian man who was responsible for handling donations behind the store. His unprofessional and aggressive attitude during the inspection of my items was unacceptable. Despite the high-value furniture we were donating, he offered no help carrying the heavy items. He treated the situation as if he were the one paying for them. His dismissive and discourteous behavior throughout our interaction was striking. We also questioned whether a biased attitude influenced his behavior toward us, as we are Hispanic. Due to this treatment, I will not be donating to this location again. Businesses must treat donors with respect and appreciation.

  • The pricing is very unfortunate. It really ruins the whole purpose of thrifting and especially harmful for the communities that rely on it. This forces people to just got buy mass produced not sustainable products. This is why everyone just goes to Amazon. I’ll attached a photo I took of very used three shelves book shelf with bad wear marks down the side. If you zoom in yup that price tag reads $69 this is so frustrating especially knowing they got it free. Why would anyone spend $70 for this when they can just go to IKEA for $30. I hope they adjust to more appropriate pricing.

  • A brand-new IKEA KALLAX cube shelf costs $79.99. Asking $69.00 for a used one is pure greed.
