  • Edit: 06-09-26 changed to 1 star!!! After 1 week of ownership, I had the whole car ppf. During installation the ppf installer noticed the lower half of the front bumper was not painted correctly and the film wouldn't adhere and the film started lifting on the corners and when removing the film which was on for only 1 day, it removed the paint, but when removing the ppf on other parts of bumper the paint was completely fine. The service manager and representative have no clue on what a proper paint job is suppose to look like and if they can't realize this, what makes you think their service department really knows what their doing and i spoke to stg regarding this matter and they're just giving me the run around the fact the both stg dealers failed; chandler location where the car was originally from and stg bellflower both have failed to notice tells you they really don't inspect their cars. Don't bother coming to this stg or any stg dealers. First and last time I'm coming in to this establishment

  • Jackie and Mina help me on my vehicle purchase they were great and made my vehicle purchase and ever since the beginning it was nothing but lies they up sale you for window tint and alarm which they say that they have to add it on in order for the loan to get approved so I agreed to it since they made it seem I had no other choice fast forward till today give had the vehicle for about 3 weeks and have not received a call or anything to take my car in for window tint I have contacted the finance company and let them know what’s going on. Please be aware finance company does not require you to purchase any add ons do not get SCAMMED By these people

  • Came to look for a Truck and was about to give up place seem so busy until Gabriel my sale agent teach his hand out to greet me apologizes for wait and proceeded listen to my situating and my challenges of my credit situation. He gave me the facts and listen to exactly what i was looking for and wht i could afford to putting me into my newly reborn Silverado. And special mention to Jose sales manager also met me with a smile and positive vibes
