Edit: 06-09-26 changed to 1 star!!! After 1 week of ownership, I had the whole car ppf. During installation the ppf installer noticed the lower half of the front bumper was not painted correctly and the film wouldn't adhere and the film started lifting on the corners and when removing the film which was on for only 1 day, it removed the paint, but when removing the ppf on other parts of bumper the paint was completely fine. The service manager and representative have no clue on what a proper paint job is suppose to look like and if they can't realize this, what makes you think their service department really knows what their doing and i spoke to stg regarding this matter and they're just giving me the run around the fact the both stg dealers failed; chandler location where the car was originally from and stg bellflower both have failed to notice tells you they really don't inspect their cars. Don't bother coming to this stg or any stg dealers. First and last time I'm coming in to this establishment
Initial communication was a bit confusing since I had different staff (Jason Magdy, Frank Soliman) emailing me then by time I arrive Dane assisted me with test drive which was fine. Love the car and was expecting to pay listing price but later was told additional add ons (including ceramic tint, anti scratch guard for doors and AVAS anti theft tracking device.) Which increase from $21K + tax DMV fees to $26k out the door. Upon picking up car after $10k initial deposit and remaining $16k in bank money order week after, they forgot to include trunk mat and floor mats. I had to schedule another stop by to schedule duplicate remote key programming at discounted pricing for the hassle and was able to get my AVAS system working with my phone app. Luckily this last visit was very pleasant with Connor quickly fixing the AVAS module and Lot manager Stephen quickly finding me my RAV4 trunk mat and floor mats. Very please by great customer services 👏 👍.
