  • I recently purchased a vehicle from this company in April 2025, after a week of me having the car the entire grill flew off as I was driving. When I presented my concerns to the guy who sold me the car which is the manager his name is Ozzie he is very rude. He told me the car wasn’t like that and tried to make it seem as if I ran over a curve, even if so there is no way the entire grill flies off. So I had to come out of pocket and pay someone to fix that, the guy who fixed it told me they zip tied my entire bumper so the bumper wasn’t even on there safely. Next thing you know as I was driving my car , the car just shut off on me as I was driving on the highway twice!!!! I got it jumped both times, and after that the car wouldn’t jump start so I called the dealer and they told me I HAD TO PAY FOR A TOW TRUCK FOR THEM TO GET THE CAR. So I paid a tow truck company, my car was In the shop for 2 entire months. They told me my engine was severely damaged and it will take a week to fix. so after a week I contacted them , the car still wasn’t finish , every week they had a new date for me to pickup the car. So I asked for a car to drive for the time being, they didn’t wanna help they didn’t wanna reduce payments nothing! I had to pay my way to and from both of my jobs. I was still making car payments while paying my way to work. So fast forward 2 months after I picked my car up , the brakes were still bad, rotors still bad, engine light came right back on. They told me the brakes and rotors will be taking care of. Fast forward 5 months of me having the vehicle , the car jerks bad while I drive. I got it fully checked by a mechanic , the transmission is really bad and broken pieces are inside , my motor mounts are bad, engine is bad, now I have to get awhole new car. They also told me I couldn’t get a trade in car when I first got this car.. bad for business, do not buy a car from these people they need to be shut down.i put way to much money into this car when i got it i had to buy a whole new battery , spark plugs , and tires.

  • They've got a 2018 Nissan on their website. It's been on the lot. I spoke with them twice last week told them on Thursday that I was going to be there today, Saturday in the afternoon I showed up they still have the truck for sale but they don't know where it's at because somebody's driving it right now. Completely unprofessional. I'm going to take my business elsewhere

  • I had one of the most distressing and heartbreaking experiences with CARUCARS LLC. I purchased a vehicle in March 2025, and within just a few weeks, it was repossessed without any prior written notice, while I was inside a Walmart shopping with my two sick children—one of whom is scheduled for surgery. I was left stranded, humiliated, and traumatized with no way home. Over $300 worth of groceries, my driver’s license, car registration, and my child’s iPad were inside the vehicle. The dealership gave me conflicting information, bounced me back and forth with a so-called finance company, and refused to provide anything in writing until after the vehicle had already been taken. They failed to explain the loan terms properly during the sale, and I was told a different first payment date due to post-sale repairs. I did everything right: I communicated, asked for a contract, and even filed complaints with the state when things weren’t adding up and they still took the car. This situation has caused me emotional distress, financial loss, missed medical appointments, and interrupted the funeral plans of a loved one. I have documentation and am pursuing this through every proper channel. Please be cautious when doing business with this company. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
