  • Subhan was very service-oriented and the staff were very helpful and thoughtful prior and during my purchase. I genuinely enjoyed the experience. However, the car I purchased was missing the rear headrests, as I pointed out prior to purchase. I was assured by Subhan that he would send or set aside for me a pair of headrests, even if he had "to buy them new from Toyota." After many calls and new reassurances for follow through, we have finally given up trying to get the seller to follow through on their word. If you find a good deal here, I recommend that you get everything you've been promised before paying in full.
