  I know more than got the car home when I had to take it into the shop and spend $1,000 on brakes and having the air conditioner fixed. Also, they would not rotate my tires because they said they were so bad. The brakes and air conditioner should have been repaired before they put the car on the lot. It also would have been nice if they had repleced the tires. I am disapointed!

  I bought a Toyota Highlander from them in December 2025. Within days the car had engine failure. I called this place and Sam the owner was extremely disrespectful and was saying it was “my fault” and sometimes you just run into bad vehicles. he was trying to convince me to pay his non certified mechanic several thousand dollars to put in a new engine. I had a separate mechanic do an Inspection on the car which basically proved they were hiding a blown engine. Completely shady. Long story short I had to call the loan company and they canceled the loan. Today, I called Sam the owner and gave him the address of the car, which is sitting at a Toyota mechanic. He responded again in a very disrespectful way and was now trying to say that I owe him money for the car. The guy is absolutely ridiculous. If I could give carisma auto group 0 stars I would. They are scammers, they sell terrible cars, and overall this whole experience has been awful. I would be very weary about buying cars from people like this. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

  This place is an absolute rip off. Management is horrible horrible. They Sold us a vehicle that was extremely unsafe and they knew it was unsafe they were supposed to repair the issue and rather than repairing it, their mechanic greased up the issue, For about 2 1/2 weeks, I was told that they're ordering the part it will be in tomorrow. It is a tire rod rather than replacing the tire rod, the mechanic admitted to greasing it so that the noise will go away. There was an issue with the struts which were supposed to have been repaired. They sent it out to another mechanic and never actually repaired it. Going back-and-forth has been such a hassle and the lack of professionalism is absolutely disgusting, trying to hide the sound it was making rather than fixing it. Then we were sent to another mechanic to repair it. The three issues that were wrong with it which involved the tire and steering and struts, only one of the issues was repaired. It has been now almost 2 months since we purchased a vehicle and my son is driving a very unsafe vehicle and rather than repairing it and correcting it they tell him it's been two months basically too bad for you. I've been going back-and-forth with them it wouldn't have been two months. Have they corrected the issue within the first three weeks instead of telling us that the part was coming in every other day When in fact, the part was never actually ordered and they were trying to fake fix it and pretend as if they did something. This place is trash customer service is trash. Their vehicles are trash and never again would I even consider doing any type of business with this company. They are out to get your money and completely screw. You be fully aware of the scams at this location. Absolutely horrible customer service if I could give them a -5 I would disgraceful.
