  They said they would fix the one issue I noticed in my vehicle when test driving, so I purchased the vehicle, went back for a fix, they said they were waiting on a part, so I went back home, and back to them, maybe 10 times till they finally admitted that they never ordered a part, then the “mechanic” if that’s what u wanna call him, proceeded to heavily grease the underside of my vehicle, thinking that would solve the issue, it didn’t, only made the issue worse, they then sent me somewhere to fix the rack n pinion, even though when you do a rack n pinion you also need to get a wheel alignment, so they refused the alignment, did the rack n pinion, and then I had to pay out of pocket for new tires and a wheel alignment, then the real mechanic at the shop they sent me to also informed me, the struts are destroyed on the vehicle, making it unsafe to drive, I then had to pay out of pocket for new struts, so long story short, their mechanic doesn’t know what he’s doing, the salespeople here are scammy and I would dodge this place and check out another dealership as there’s a good amount in the same area with better reviews and better service.   I know more than got the car home when I had to take it into the shop and spend $1,000 on brakes and having the air conditioner fixed. Also, they would not rotate my tires because they said they were so bad. The brakes and air conditioner should have been repaired before they put the car on the lot. It also would have been nice if they had repleced the tires. I am disapointed!

  This place is an absolute rip off. Management is horrible horrible. They Sold us a vehicle that was extremely unsafe and they knew it was unsafe they were supposed to repair the issue and rather than repairing it, their mechanic greased up the issue, For about 2 1/2 weeks, I was told that they're ordering the part it will be in tomorrow. It is a tire rod rather than replacing the tire rod, the mechanic admitted to greasing it so that the noise will go away. There was an issue with the struts which were supposed to have been repaired. They sent it out to another mechanic and never actually repaired it. Going back-and-forth has been such a hassle and the lack of professionalism is absolutely disgusting, trying to hide the sound it was making rather than fixing it. Then we were sent to another mechanic to repair it. The three issues that were wrong with it which involved the tire and steering and struts, only one of the issues was repaired. It has been now almost 2 months since we purchased a vehicle and my son is driving a very unsafe vehicle and rather than repairing it and correcting it they tell him it's been two months basically too bad for you. I've been going back-and-forth with them it wouldn't have been two months. Have they corrected the issue within the first three weeks instead of telling us that the part was coming in every other day When in fact, the part was never actually ordered and they were trying to fake fix it and pretend as if they did something. This place is trash customer service is trash. Their vehicles are trash and never again would I even consider doing any type of business with this company. They are out to get your money and completely screw. You be fully aware of the scams at this location. Absolutely horrible customer service if I could give them a -5 I would disgraceful.
