  This is my first google review and first vehicle/dealership review ever. I take my vehicles very seriously as i have young children and off road and camp. I had been looking for a vehicle that fit my needs and had a specific make and model and located a vehicle in stock at Best Buy Motors. I was looking at several other vehicles through dealers and some less expensive. I began by submitting an info request which i sent and forgot. I quickly recieved a response and began a relationship with the team at Best Buy Motors. I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive Arman was responding to my every question. It was immediately obvious that Best Buy Motors was in a different league of sales and service where they want to EARN your business not sell you a vehicle. I ended purchasing the vehicle and about all i had to do was sign and and date paperwork in my home and little other stress or effort was involved. My vehicle ended up being shipped to Norcal and arrived in 24 hours clean and detailed. Although this was a 2016 i feel as if i received a new vehicle. Arman even went so far to follow up after the sale and mail an accessory he had no obligation whatsoever to deal with. Normally i purge any dealership labels/plates/plate frames immediately but i kept the classy frames and plates on my vehicle on full proud display because this is a business i will gladly be associated with. I know i was spoiled with this experience and could not have asked for it to go smoother. Best Buy Motors excells in customer service at an old school level not seen anymore. I can only imagine what the experience would be like had i had the pleasure of purchasing this vehicle in person.

  I bought a 2019 Toyota Sienna sight unseen and had it shipped to Texas. That was a first for me. Arman, is awesome. He sent me every video and Picture that I requested and even pointed out flaws he noticed along the way. No B.S. used car sales special where they try to touch up every little thing and hide real issues like what I found with carmax. Best Buy motors even bought and sent me headphones for the DVD system after I received the car and noticed they weren’t there. Very trustworthy and honest guys, would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

  I highly recommend Best Buy Motors Inc and Arman’s team. While driving by, we noticed and appreciated the quality selection and cleanliness of the vehicles on the lot. I was genuinely impressed by the rare and high end inventory, including TRD Pro models and other premium trucks and SUVs. I inspected a lifted 4Runner TRD Pro that was exceptionally clean, and later that same day around 3 PM I returned to purchase it and trade in my stock TRD Off Road. Throughout the process, Arman’s attention to the deal was outstanding. Whether it was his team’s enthusiasm for their work or even the massive fish tank in the office, the experience felt welcoming and professional. Arman handled the transaction efficiently, and we wrapped everything up in about two hours, with the longest delay being at the bank. Pricing was fair, the process was straightforward, and the vehicles were top quality. Shout out to Tony as well. His detailing work is top notch.
