  It had been a while since my last car buying experience. All In Auto Group made the process very stress free and easy. Mike and his team were very respectful, professional and overall fantastic throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate Mike helping me out every step of the way, answering all my questions and making sure all my needs for the car were met. He went the extra mile with recommendations for other needs and took excellent care throughout the whole process. Very professional and great at what he does. Bella did an excellent job keeping consistent communications with me to make sure I stayed updated and keeping me coordinated. The car service team was great too, very to the point and honest about expectations with the car. All my needs were taken care of far beyond my initial expectations. I drove away with the car I wanted with a peace of mind and extremely happy with the overall experience. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good used car backed by an excellent car sales and service team.

  5 Stars – A Rare and Honest Experience in the Used Car World I want to share an incredible and rare experience we had with All In Auto Group in Van Nuys, and specifically with Michael Khlaif, the owner, who went above and beyond to take care of us in a way that you just don’t see anymore in the used car world. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with professionalism, kindness, and care by Michael and his team — Alberto and William — who all worked together seamlessly. I had already researched the car I wanted — a 2016 Jeep Patriot — and we completed the purchase on March 28, 2025. Just five days later, during a late-night medical emergency with my husband, the Jeep suddenly broke down while I was trying to drive him to the ER at UCLA. We were shaken, overwhelmed, and uncertain what would happen next. What could have been a nightmare became a story of rare integrity and genuine customer care. First thing the next morning, Michael had the Jeep towed from our home, fully diagnosed, and repaired — at no cost to us. Although the vehicle was sold “as-is,” he stood behind the sale with honesty and follow-through. He kept us informed through every step and made sure it was road-ready again, and even had extra keys made for us at no charge, which was an unexpected but deeply appreciated gesture. This is the kind of business that restores your faith in people. They didn’t have to do any of this — yet they chose to do the right thing.   Edit due to the owner’s pathetic response: yes, genius nobody is debating the fact whether this is a used car or a new car not one place in my review said that you lied about selling a pristine vehicle. What the issue at hand is that every single thing that was wrong with the vehicle you made sure to tell my elderly father that it was already changed and he shouldn’t worry about it so what does that make you when you say oh I just put a new battery in the vehicle and guess what the battery goes out? But you have the nerve to write it’s a $100 fix and it’s not that big of a deal. So if the $100 is not that big of a deal to you then please go ahead and call my father so he can come there and collect the small amount of $100 that you seem to think is really nothing but a small inconvenience right? Do you have a brain in your head or do you think that everybody that comes through your doors or somebody you can just scam and watch leave and hopefully you can just blame it on it being a used car dealership? Nice try you picked the wrong one I will take this further and further trust me. This is just the beginning please do the right thing and make it right. Things are falling apart on the vehicle. Lights are on on the vehicle and you knew about all those things prior. The worst thing that could’ve happened during this whole process is that you could’ve been honest and said hey look we need to change these things. We need to do these things we need to fix these things and your customer can make an educated decision whether they want to buy the vehicle or not But instead, you deceive people and you blame them after what kind of scum of the earth are you ? good luck this is just the beginning of your worries . Total scam of a used car dealership. Dishonest and can’t be trusted on any condition of their cars. All they sell are lemons. Please be careful they take advantage of unaware elderly! Sold my dad a car that was is “perfect” condition- new tires, battery, etc. Battery died 3 days later, gas cap was literally glued on, tire pressure low. Buyer beware and avoid this scam of a junk dealership.
