  These guys are absolutely amazing! Fadi worked with me to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. Was looking for a new sectional recliner couch and a new dining room table. The prices were fantastic! They offer delivery , set up and haul away if need for a charge . Will absolutely be back ! Thank you for everything!

  We met Fadi and purchased a motorized outdoor shade with a rechargeable battery, and we couldn’t be happier with it. It looks beautiful and works perfectly! While we were there, we took a look around the warehouse and were impressed by the selection of beautiful furniture and home décor. We ended up purchasing an electric fireplace as well, and we got a great deal on both items. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality products, great prices, and excellent customer service! Tip: Get accurate measurements of what you are going to pick up. We ended up using them for delivery with a fee because the items did not fit in our SUV.

  This review is long overdue. I had an incredible experience with Francis Retail from start to finish. Communication was easy and quick, and the whole process felt smooth the entire time. Fadi was great to work with. Super responsive and clearly cares about making sure everything goes right for the customer. He takes pride in what he’s doing and wants people to walk away happy. Also worth mentioning: the pricing was honestly incredible, especially for the quality. Everything arrived in fantastic condition, exactly as described (if not better), which I really appreciated. Delivery and installation were just as solid. The white-glove service made things easy, and the team was professional and careful throughout. A really solid experience all around. I’m heading back for more this time around.
