  Fantastic Experience at Eastlake Auto Brokers! It was time to upgrade our family car, and while browsing Auto Trader, we found a few SUVs at Eastlake Auto Brokers that caught our eye. We dropped by—right in the middle of the Seahawks game—and were warmly greeted by Mike. Despite the timing, he spent the entire afternoon with us, helping work out a trade-in deal for our current vehicle and securing financing that fit perfectly within our budget. They even offered to fix two small issues we noticed and made us feel right at home with water and a kid-friendly lobby full of toys to keep our 6-year-old entertained. We left that Sunday afternoon feeling great about our purchase. But the service didn’t stop there—on Monday, we got a call from Mike letting us know they had continued shopping around for financing and found us an even better deal, saving us nearly $200/month with an interest rate less than half of the original!   My husband and I traveled from Spokane to car shop and had an excellent experience buying a 2021 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid with Eduardo. From the moment we walked in, we were met with a helpful friendliness. Eduardo was very patient with us as we went through our options and asked us the right questions to help us make a choice, and think about the features we wanted in a Rav4 Hybrid (we were set on the particular model). He was very easy to work with and had a kind, genuine attitude and warm spirit. It was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised that the typical "sleazy salesman" persona was non-existent! We never felt pressured into anything during the process. So I feel like my idea of a car salesman changed. When we found our perfect car, Eduardo took the time to get us approved for a loan because our bank was closed that day. There were also cute dogs around to pet and play with while we waited for loan approval. After the sale, Eduardo was still attentive to any questions or concerns that arose. Even though it took us a bit to get our loan check sent over there, he was polite and patient through the process. We felt cared for from start, to finish, and even after by Eduardo and are grateful we had him. When we got the car, we were told that it was fully serviced upon its arrival to the dealership. I took the car in recently to get a full service anyway because several people told me to do it because sometimes dealerships will lie about it. The shop checked everything and said all the fluids look excellent and it was in beautiful shape. So, in my case at least, Eastlake Auto Brokers takes care of the vehicles they bring in.
