  • We had a very pleasant experience with trading in our truck and buying a Sequoia from Eastlake Auto Brokers. Though I am VERY sad to be letting go of my truck and the truck lifestyle, we need another seat for our growing family. I went in on a beautiful, sunny day just to take a look at the Sequoias they had on the lot. There were more than 10. We looked at 3 or 4 to compare the seat configurations and trim levels. At this point I wasn't sure if a Sequoia was the one, but from seeing other SUVs, this car model checked off all the boxes. Jose was our salesman and was very patient with me and 2 of my kids that I had with me at the time. We continued to text over the next couple days and he answered all my questions. I never felt that typical "salesmen pressure" I've received at other dealerships in the past. My husband was able to negotiate a price over the phone during the week, which was very nice. Then we came in the following Saturday to sign papers and swap vehicles. Total time spent was an hour and a half. This was really the best car buying/trading I've ever had. Highly recommend checking them out first if you're looking for a new (to you) vehicle.

  • Where do I begin, first their cars are over priced. So much so that even loans won’t cover them. Then they switch parts out once you want a different vehicle to make other cars look or be better. I would run away and go any where else for a vehicle. Worst buying experience ever. They define slick sales people who are greedy and selfish. I had these black copper tires on my vehicle, they spray painted the tires in the other picture with black paint and then put crappy broken Toyota covers on them. They don’t even try to make them presentable. Good luck!! Hope you go elsewhere.

  • I’ve bought cars before. Usually it feels like a mild negotiation with a shark who just discovered espresso. This wasn’t that. Nick at Eastlake Auto Brokers actually gives a damn. Which, in this industry, feels borderline suspicious at first. Then you realize it’s real. He didn’t just sell me a Toyota Highlander, he made sure I ended up in the right one. There’s a difference, and most people never experience it. When I drove away with the keys and new wheels, I never heard from him again... Kidding... What did he do? He checked in. He followed up. He made sure the car got the little things handled so it didn’t feel like “used,” it felt like someone hit reset and handed me the keys. The kind of details most places conveniently forget once the paperwork dries. And the team behind him? Solid. No chaos, no weird energy, no “let me go talk to my manager” theater. Just people who know what they’re doing and actually do it well. If you’re out there trying to buy a car and you’re not using Nick, I don’t know what to tell you. You’re basically choosing a worse story on purpose... Five stars. Easily. Probably more if the system allowed it.
