  • I just returned home after purchasing an Alfa Romeo for my wife, and I have to say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Unlike typical dealerships that pressure you into making a purchase, John provided a completely stress-free experience. His approach was straightforward and low-pressure – it was clear that he valued the customer’s comfort above all. This made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and my wife couldn’t be happier with her new vehicle. The attention to detail was also outstanding. While I’m personally a big advocate for ceramic coatings, the product they used exceeded my expectations. I can’t recall the name, but the water beaded right off the paint effortlessly when I washed the car on the way home. The vehicle’s detail work – both mechanical and paint-related – was immaculate, and they ensured any imperfections were addressed before the sale. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and quality of work here were second to none. Highly recommended!

  • NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATION The entire experience was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL...... Not only was the online sign in difficult, trying to get a hold of someone to help walk through the process was next to impossible. ONLINE RESVERATION NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY... It took me more time to get a hold of someone that would help me than it would have been if I went to an actual UHAUL Location. These satellite offices are No match for the actual UHAUL location. The outside of the truck was filthy with mud. The inside of the truck was also filthy with mud on the steps and the bottom of the floor, the steering wheel was dirty and sticky, the air conditioning only worked half the time, and you felt like the truck was ready to come off the the chase . It literally bounced all the way back and forth to my destination. On top of all of that -- when I went to return the truck, all the said to me, "is that they key" I said "yes" They said nothing else to me, took the key and asked no questions. The manager had his shoes off and his bare feet up on the chair looking at his phone. Very unprofessional... It felt like I was dealing with a robot with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have rented a lot of UHAUL vehicles and NEVER had such an awful experience. Then when I got my bill, I was overcharged! DO NOT USE THE FOUNTAIN HILLS LOCATION HAULCARZZ MOTOR SPORT. I just moved to Fountain Hills and this was an appalling experience.
