  • My fiancé and I purchased a truck from this dealership and have been extremely disappointed with the customer service after the sale. We have a warranty and make our payments on time every month, yet whenever we have questions or concerns, it’s nearly impossible to get answers. When issues arise with the truck, we’re suddenly told there is no mechanic available, despite being sold a warranty. Getting assistance feels like a constant struggle. Communication is poor, phone calls go unanswered, and no one seems willing to take responsibility for helping customers after the paperwork is signed. To make matters worse, we’ve repeatedly asked to speak with the owner regarding our concerns, but we’re always told he’s unavailable or on vacation. It feels like customers are ignored once a vehicle is sold. A dealership should stand behind its vehicles and treat customers with respect, especially those who are making payments on time and trying to use the warranty they paid for. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I would not recommend this dealership based on the lack of communication, accountability, and customer support.
