Good prices, staff, and salesmen. Premier Auto Group works with your credit and budget, if you think they can’t make it work, they will. I would 10/10 recommend buying from Marcos or Edwin, they know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their clients. Finance team Sheccid and Ami are hard working on approving everyone that steps foot on the lot, Thank you Premier!
Me and my girlfriend came in to get a car after ours just broke down. Our credit is poor to say the least and we got a lot of help from one of the sales consultants Edwin Arreola. He got us a car and sent us home all in a couple hours. Highly recommended
NEVER BUY FROM HERE I purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander from Premier Auto Group on May 6, 2025, and it has had serious mechanical issues from day one — including misfires, smoking, and excessive oil consumption. Multiple independent mechanics have diagnosed internal engine damage, with compression test results confirming low readings. The vehicle clearly had major issues before I bought it. It unfortunately didn’t show these issues every time it’s driven, and that’s how I ended up buying it. I didn’t see the issues until afterward. Despite the so-called limited powertrain warranty, Premier has refused to take meaningful responsibility. Their idea of “help”? They had the audacity to ask me to pay them to tear open the engine of the defective car they sold me — just to start the warranty process. Why should a customer pay out of pocket to prove a problem that’s already been professionally documented by multiple shops? They’ve ignored or denied communications, changed the timeline of my complaint, and deflected at every turn. It’s clear they either knew about the engine issues or made no effort to inspect the vehicle properly before putting it on the lot. Either way, it’s gross negligence at best — and deceptive business at worst. Do yourself a favor and avoid Premier Auto Group. I’ll be pursuing legal options under Washington’s Consumer Protection Act.
