  I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit at Lakeside Auto and I couldn’t be happier. Slava Pogosyan, the main salesman, creates a very welcoming and low pressure environment. He’s warm and personable, and trustworthy. Emin, the shop manager, is also very friendly and easy to work with. Their communication is good and clear. They make the process smooth and seamless. It’s a no negotiating dealership but the vehicles are priced more than fair. There aren’t any hidden fees or tricks or gimmicks. They check over each vehicle, detail it, change the oil and filter, change the air filter, AND put on new tires and brake pads. I wanted to have a mechanic at the Ford dealership nearby check it over and they organized it for me. Even dropped the van off and picked it up too. I started my van search at Lakeside and was so impressed, I didn’t need to go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and start your search here too.

  Back in October 2025, I purchased a Ford Transit High Roof Extended van from this dealership with the dream of converting it into a camper van, and I specifically waited several months before writing a review because I wanted to give an honest long-term opinion after actually living with the vehicle and building it out. Now that it’s May and I’ve had plenty of time with the van, I can confidently say I’m very happy with both the van and the experience I had with this dealership. From the very beginning, the buying process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. I was able to trade in my car without any issues, and the whole process felt straightforward and transparent. Before the purchase, I had a pre-inspection done, and some transmission-related concerns were discovered, including old transmission fluid. Instead of brushing it off, the dealership stepped up immediately and agreed to take care of the issue before the sale, along with a few other minor things. That gave me a lot of confidence that they genuinely cared about selling a reliable vehicle and standing behind what they sell. A huge thank you to Slava, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He had great communication, was patient, caring, honest, and genuinely wanted to help me get the best deal possible. It never felt pushy or transactional, which honestly made a huge difference because buying a van for a camper conversion is a big investment and a pretty emotional purchase too. Over the last several months, I’ve been slowly building the van into my dream camper, and the van itself has been very reliable. I recently finally got to take it out on a little camper trip, and it honestly felt surreal seeing the project come to life. The van has been running strong and has given me no major issues. One thing I noticed during the build process was that there were some factory holes/seals that were allowing water to leak into the van. I contacted the dealership about it, and once again they handled it professionally. They let me bring the van back in and sealed all the areas I pointed out completely free of charge. That kind of customer service after the sale is rare and really meant a lot to me. Overall, I’m genuinely a very happy customer and I absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle, especially if you want people who actually care about their customers even after the paperwork is signed. Thank you again to Slava and the whole team for helping make this dream possible. I can’t wait to finish my camper van and take it traveling everywhere.
