  • I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit at Lakeside Auto and I couldn’t be happier. Slava Pogosyan, the main salesman, creates a very welcoming and low pressure environment. He’s warm and personable, and trustworthy. Emin, the shop manager, is also very friendly and easy to work with. Their communication is good and clear. They make the process smooth and seamless. It’s a no negotiating dealership but the vehicles are priced more than fair. There aren’t any hidden fees or tricks or gimmicks. They check over each vehicle, detail it, change the oil and filter, change the air filter, AND put on new tires and brake pads. I wanted to have a mechanic at the Ford dealership nearby check it over and they organized it for me. Even dropped the van off and picked it up too.
