  Absolutely MAGNIFICENT experience! Buying cars is always stressful and combative - it's the nature of the transaction. But Riverside Hyundai made this experience really REALLY smooth. After testing driving the car, we decided to talk numbers. There's always a back and forth. But Jair, David and Big B made the process very comfortable and accomadating. I understand the dealership has to make a profit, and they understand they have to make it work to the buyer. These guys know what they're doing and can make the deal work. As long as you're not trying get something for nothing... you can make a deal! They found the car we wanted and went all the way to Torrance to get it! Jair, David and Big B are an awesome trio to work with and very VERY professional. Great guys. Down to earth and genuine. You be the judge: I've bought 6 brand new cars in my life - ALL Toyota. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER ONCE did any of those salesmen ever sit in the car and explain the infotainment system or walk me through the car at delivery. They gave me the keys and said thanks. Period. But...Jair, spent an hour walking me through the cars Infotainment system and then spent another 2 hours with my wife setting her up, explaining the features and how things work. I told him that was the first time that ever happened...I don't think he believed me. Gods honest truth. As for Hyundai.... Today's Hyundai is not your fathers Hyundai! Don't listen to what the peanut gallery says. Today's Hyundai's are incredible! Luxurous, smooth, quiet, sleek and sexy! These cars are giving Toyota and Honda a run for the money. I say this because I've been a Toyota man for 30 years and owned a few Hondas in there. Hyundai came in from the top rope like the Superfly Snuka dropping an arm bar on the neck of the Iron Sheik. I was sold 5 minutes into the test drive...I just couldn't tell David that during the test drive and seem too eager. Sorry Toyota... try harder next time. We'll be back in 3 years for our next car. We'll give them first right of refusal and a chance to re-earn our business for another $53k car. And if it's as smooth as this time, they'll have it! Great job guys! Genuinely thank you!
