  • Absolutely Disappointed — Avoid This Dealer We bought a truck from this dealership at the end of May, and within just a few days (by June 2nd), we brought it back because it was already showing signs of transmission issues. Because the truck jerked a few times. They dismissed our concerns and claimed it was just a battery issue, which they supposedly cleaned. No real inspection, no real help. Now, less than two months later, the truck completely died due to a confirmed transmission failure, needs to replace. and we had to tow truck back home. When we reached out for support, the dealer flat-out refused to help, hiding behind a conveniently short warranty: 1,000 miles or 30 days. We drove just over 1,050 miles — which includes trips from Modesto to the Bay Area (approx 90 miles one way). That’s not excessive use — it’s just less than normal driving. Bottom line: They sold us a faulty vehicle, ignored early warning signs, and refused to take responsibility once things go bad. We’re now stuck with a dead truck and a huge repair bill.

Family owned business like these are more attentive to your questions and concerns than brand name dealers.
