  I’m not one to usually come on the internet and write negative reviews, but my experience with New wheels has pushed me to act otherwise. I was sold a car here by Juan and Dan in the summer of 2023. Not only did they finance me an insanely high interest rate, they convinced me this car was in excellent condition. As a young girl who went to a dealership alone to purchase her first car , I would admit that I did not know any better. But regardless, New wheels took advantage of that fact and conned me heavily. Just a couple months after my purchase, the car got faulty and I took it back to get it fixed. They assured me everything was alright. But that was the beginning of many many repairs. There was a new problem with the car every 3 months, a new sound always developing. At this point, they had to refer me to a mechanic because they could no longer fix it for whatever reason best known to them. I have now owned this car for over two years and I am not exaggerating when I say that I have taken a trip to the mechanic on nearly 25 occasions. Recently, I went to a different car dealership who analyzed the financing that New wheels made for me and they were in shock at the sight of my interest rate- an almost illegal rate. The fact that I took the time out of my day to write this should be a sign to whoever is reading this and considering purchasing a vehicle from New wheels Glendale Heights. Do NOT do it unless you wish to experience frustration that will last as long as you own a vehicle from this dealership.

  Dont buy Here because they give seized cars and they give mechanical issue cars so they will not work after few days or few months so they will give warranty to trick you. So if you take the warranty, they will keep on charging you on the warranty. It will only cover some amount. It won’t even give you a good amount of price like they won’t even repair your car pretty well, so I have taken my car and it was too bad and in three months, My car got seized and I am crying a lot and they were not able to lift my call, and I have even sent the notice and them and they are not even caring about that, so I have got a total loss of $9000. So be aware of this dealership. They scam people a lot.

  I called before visiting and they answered all my questions. The Jeep was warmed and ready for test drive when I arrived. Closing paperwork was quickly done and I received all remaining paperwork in the mail in less than a week. Very professional all around and I highly recommend them.
