  • I’m glad that I got into a car that I like but that’s where it stops. Before getting the vehicle I was assured the brakes had recently been done. Cut to this past Monday and my rear brake line mysteriously got cut. Turns out whoever they use to do their brakes does a pretty shitty job because they stripped the a nut and a bolt was completely missing on the caliper. Will not be doing further business or recommending this place to anyone.

  • Rude & Unprofessional! I found a vehicle on their website that was listed for over 20 days. Hours prior; I called to make sure it was available. Drove 80 miles almost two hours. To find they had just sold the vehicle to another person despite me driving and agreeing to buy the vehicle. They could have told me someone else was looking or it was first come. No regard for my time me as a customer. While at the dealer, they ignored me, lied about another vehicle being available and tried to sell me another van that had transmission problems, passenger door would not open and the other sliding door didn’t close fully making it in safe for kids. Never do business with George or Robert they are Misleading and inconsiderate. Horrible company practices.

  • I purchased a 2005 Avalanche a week ago from New Wheels. Spoke to Robert on the phone & we worked out a deal rather quickly. Drove over from Indiana to pick it up. For being a 20yr old truck, it was in real good condition. Perfect, no. But for $40,000 less than a new truck, It is NICE. Test drove great. Told him we had a deal & they had me out of there in under 30 mins. Also, their price was around $2800 less than other similar Avalanches I had been shopping. plus it came with a very detailed Carfax report. I figure around $300 to repair a few minor things. (spare tire hoist is missing, small clip for closing sunroof, etc..) Small stuff for an $8000 truck.They had the title on site, I received it 2 days later fed-X. Highly recommend these people. Will be looking for a truck next year for my brother. Robert will be my 1st call ~ Much thanks ~~
