Thanks US-PawN i soLd a sewing machine there the employees were very understanding and sewing machines are tricky I'm taking cLasses and there not easy. Hard stitch and belt drive light and heavy industrial swappable is where I'm stuck back to on and off etc thanks
Melba is greatly appreciated for being so patient and honest! I was purchasing a silver necklace and was just about finished with my purchase when she noticed what appeared to be a scratch after cleaning it. She took the time to triple-check her work, realized it wasn’t what she initially thought, corrected it, and even applied a discount. I especially appreciate her honesty and attention to detail. She could have easily overlooked it and let me leave, but instead she made sure everything was right before completing my purchase. That kind of integrity and customer service really stands out. Thank you, Melba!!!
