I called inquiring if this store had any hunting bows for sale. The sales rep Andrey answered and was very rude immediately saying "NO we're not taking any!" and was about the hang up on me. I had to quickly say I was looking to buy...not sell or pawn. He was very brash and rude saying yeah we got 1 or 2. I asked if he could please tell me what brand/model and the price, which at most would have taken only 30 seconds. Instead he made it seem like i was pulling teeth, "Look man, you just need to come in and see what we got. I'm not gonna go over this stuff with you." At that point i explained to him he doesn't need to be rude and that i was looking to buy. But if he doesn't want to sell a high ticket item $$$ and make the store money, then fine. I mentioned to Andrey perhaps i'd have a conversation with Nick (owner) next time i see him again about this particular interaction. To which point Andrey said "Go ahead i don't care and hung up." Having worked as a sales rep i get it, sometimes you're having a bad day. But the disrespectful attitude i got over the phone today was unbelievable, especially when i mentioned i was looking to buy something worth hundreds of $$$. Sorry Nick, but i don't feel my hard earned money or business is appreciated here any longer.
For some time now, I have been depending on this pawnshop, and they have always exceeded my expectations. Their pleasant and welcoming attitude is consistent with everyone there.
