  • I bought a washer and dryer from here. Cost over 800 dollars for set up and delivery. No problem. Happy with the product….HOWEVER months down the line it was discovered that the people who did the set up did not properly secure the Drain tube and the bolts on the hot and cold water had not been properly tightened!! So, bad install!! Long story short, my walls and floors have MOLDED & Need replaced. Contacted the manager, and they said they won’t do anything to help even though they apologized and said if it happened during warranty times they might have helped, first of all the warranty is for the washer and dryer. Not set up? You guys need to DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK BEFORE LEAVING A HOME.…. It’s fine though , I’m filing, and I’ll SEE YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT

  • I wish I had never bothered with this business. At least I’d still have my old oven, even if only the stovetop worked. I was sold a “really nice” oven, but after just a week of using it, it started throwing error codes and stopped working entirely. I was right back where I started—stuck with only a working stovetop. So, I hauled it back in, explained the issue in detail, and even provided the exact error codes. They didn’t bother to test it, inspect it, or do any real troubleshooting. On my way home, they called to say it was “fixed.” Mind you, this oven had been giving me error codes for three weeks straight. After a very heated phone call where the so-called owner did nothing but talk over me—claiming he’d fixed it (he hadn’t)—he hung up on me, not once, but twice. Their warranty is a complete joke. Don’t fall for it. They’re banking on customers not knowing better or hoping the issue is a minor fix. My “options” were to take home the same broken oven, unfixed, or get my money back. All I wanted was a working stove, preferably my stove. Instead, I was given a “refund,” and now I’m worse off than when I started—no stove, no oven, and no clue where to find one. I will absolutely never do business here again. They’re all smiles and courtesy at first, but the moment something goes wrong, it’s “not my problem,” and they completely wash their hands of it. Last I checked, a warranty meant repairing or replacing the product with something of equal value. Apparently not here. So, if you’re in their store and see a Samsung stainless steel 5-burner stove, don’t buy it. It’s the one I had, and it will do to you what it did to me—and they’ll basically call you a liar. Save yourself the headache. This is a pathetic excuse for a business. Buying here is like playing Russian roulette—what you get may or may not work, and they’re clearly not qualified to fix anything.
