I bought a washer and dryer from here. Cost over 800 dollars for set up and delivery. No problem. Happy with the product….HOWEVER months down the line it was discovered that the people who did the set up did not properly secure the Drain tube and the bolts on the hot and cold water had not been properly tightened!! So, bad install!! Long story short, my walls and floors have MOLDED & Need replaced. Contacted the manager, and they said they won’t do anything to help even though they apologized and said if it happened during warranty times they might have helped, first of all the warranty is for the washer and dryer. Not set up? You guys need to DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK BEFORE LEAVING A HOME.…. It’s fine though , I’m filing, and I’ll SEE YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT
