  • Two stars only because they sent a settlement so I can fix the issues I'm having. HOWEVER Buyer be very thorough! I bought a car from them on the 5th. It was low on all fluids, no wiper fluid, basically no brake fluid, and basically no coolant. Wiper blades were bad, had to get new ones, had to get the oil changed, plus needs new tires (most listed are safety concerns)ALSO was not emissions tested before sale (Arizona law REQUIRES dealers have a car pass emissions BEFORE SALE so it can be registered) Also needed a tune up, which is listed under general maintenance. Once I got the tune-up, the car ran well, until today (2 days later) when it started the lurching behavior again. Because I didn't take it to them to get the tune up (General Maintenance) they voided my 500/15 day Lemon Law warranty. When they are first and foremost, required to repair the vehicle, (tune-up is not a repair) They sent the settlement so I can afford to have my mechanic fix whatever problem it's still having. Not saying don't go here to buy a car, just be very thorough. PS: Because I know owner responds to all bad reviews, I'm not here to deter business, just making people aware so they know, so they don't go in blind and end up in my shoes. I wish you all the best.

  • Had a great experience buying a car remotely from this dealer. Everything went smooth and they arranged shipping for me.

  • This is my third deal with this dealer: every time, I was treated with respect and got what I expected. Second deal involved trading in my car (autodeals beat the carmax of the world by a few hundred bucks) and gave me the opportunity to buy the cheapest VW SUV in the state, third deal was an exotic Italian vehicle at a bargain price, low miles and in excellent shape. All of them no brainers. Chuck and Damian have gone above and beyond to help fix little things ling after their warranty expired. They are the Best Chandler dealer in my book.
