  I'm super happy with my entire experience here! Aman was my sales guy and I can't recommend him enough. I came in with an idea of what I wanted but had just had a terrible experience at a different Buick dealership the day before so I was a little tense. Aman was so knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and personable. I was clear I wasn't going to buy that night since my husband wasn't with me and that didn't change his demeanor or approach at all! If you've ever gone car shopping you know the follow up messages/calls/interactions are often pushy and invasive, but I didn't experience any of that here. The whole team leads with honesty and knowledge, not trickery and pressure which is phenomenal. We came back the day after new years to buy and it was such a painless process. The finance team and sales managers were also fantastic. Aman has followed up on everything we discussed during the sale, so I actually look forward to continuing to go to this dealership for service going forward! Thanks again!

  Having a great experience with Brotherton GMC with getting my wife her GMC Terrain Denali a few years ago it was our first stop for me adding a car. Met Jon, as we spent time test driving several cars and he suggested a Buick Envision Essence. At first I thought how old do I look. When he pulled up the car I knew it was the one. It was a 2023 Midnight Metallic matching wheels. It was the smaller clone of my Escalade. Working with Jon and Jazzman for financing was a fun experience. Each staff member was welcoming and recognized we were repeat customers and were appreciative. Maybe one day soon we will make our 3rd trip. Thank you to all the Brotherton GMC Buick team.
