  • Millie's Mattress is awesome! We need more stores like this! Sam took great care of us and gave us lots of great info on the different 'mail order' beds that are impossible to find to try out! After testing pretty much every bed in the store we settled on a King Size Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Cloud! Plus they threw in a high quality MLily Mattress Protector for free! Plus they beat the lowest online Memorial Day Sale by $110!! Highly recommend going to see these guys!

  • I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Millie’s Mattress. I spent nearly $10,000 on a mattress and bed frame, expecting quality that would last for years. Instead, within the first four months, the bed frame broke, the mattress started falling apart, and the seam on the mattress has already come apart. This is with only one person sleeping on it—there is absolutely no reason a bed at this price point should deteriorate this quickly. The salesman was friendly while we were in the store, but looking back, it felt like the focus was more on making a sale than standing behind the product. To make matters worse, there was a dog in the showroom, which I found unprofessional. For the amount of money I spent, I expected premium quality and customer satisfaction. Instead, I’ve been left with a broken bed and a mattress that’s already showing significant defects after only a few months. I cannot recommend Millie’s Mattress based on my experience. Spending this much money should bring peace of mind—not frustration and regret
